Not much is known about this duet of TR members! I've only seen them in one episode, so basically my info probably isn't that accurate. It is good to my knowledge though, so if you want to use it, go ahead (don't copy it word-for-word though, that's mean!)
Anyway, like Jessie and James, Butch and Cassidy are Team Rocket Members. They were sent by Giovanni to make up for lost battles by Jessie and James. Most people who have seen "The Beauty Center Secret" 5 times like I have would know that Cassidy and Jessie go back a long time. According to Jessie, Cassidy followed her out of jealousy (but c'mon, this is Jessie we're talking about!) Some deductions are that Jessie and Cassidy were once friends, that they were mortal enemies, and that they were allies. None of these have been proven yet (to my knowledge)
Butch is the one with the scratchy voice. Not much at all is known about him, except that I am named after him and he has to learn what cough drops are.
They own a Raticate, no other Poke'mon as far as I know, and they always get arrested.
